The Grounds
The Modern Blue Bear townhome is located at The Villages at Baskins Creek. Our unit has covered parking, a screened in porch and balcony looking out to the nearby creek and the mountains beyond. The complex has plenty of free parking as well as a pool with plenty of chaise lounges for lounging after a long day strolling the main boulevard!
Sleeping Quarters
Inside you will find two luxurious bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. Additionally we have a loft with a twin trundle bed providing both sleeping quarters and an additional bathroom. The couch in the living room also has a pullout bed. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for your family and friends to stretch out and enjoy!
Living Quarters
The home includes everything you need to enjoy time away! The living room has a fireplace and smart TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, Keurig machine with pods, sugars, syrups; cooking oils and spices. A crock pot and blender also help when staying in and making a special meal! The loft features a tv for the kids, an oversized wall-mounted Connect 4, Nintendo Switch, and a Two Player Arcade with hundreds of games! The screened in porch has an electric fireplace, TV, and ceiling fan to keep you comfortable in cold and warm months, and the balcony has additional seating when you are looking for some fresh air and enjoying the night sky and mountains in the distance.
